Difference Between Lawyer, Barrister and advocate
Lawyer :If you study Law from India then, you become Lawyer
Barrister: If you study Law from England then, you become Barrister
ADVOCATE: If Lawyer and Barrister qualified Exam of Bar Council of India then, become Advocate and represent her clients in court.
Lawyer, Barrister and Advocate में अंतर:
जो भारत से लॉ की पढ़ाई करता है उसे Lawyer कहलाता हैं।
जो इंग्लैंड से लॉ की पढ़ाई करता है वह बैरिस्टर कहलाता है।
अगर Lawyer या Barrister बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया का एग्जाम पास कर जाता हैं तो वह एडवोकेट बन जाता है और वह कोर्ट में किस भी व्यक्ति का प्रतिनिधित्व कर सकता है।
